Who are eligible
Individuals, who are
(i) members of the Bank
(ii) residing and employed within the area of operation of the Bank
Loan amount
Loan amount will be 80% percent of quoted subject to the repayment capacity of the borrower.
Security
loan amount upto Rs. 3 lakhs third party guarantee of two person is required.
Loan amount Above rs. 3 lakhs Equitable mortgage of immovable property and third party guarantee of two persons.
